In recognition of Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur and Grandview Residence reaching its highest point in construction, a “topping out” ceremony was held today on the luxury hotel and residence’s rooftop by leading boutique property developer, Kuala Lumpur (KL) Metro Group in partnership with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) Malaysia and was graced by distinguished personalities including YBhg Datuk Musa Hj. Yusof, Deputy Director General - Promotion, Tourism Malaysia; Ms. Zheng Le, First Secretary, Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office, Embassy of The People’s Republic of China; YBhg Dato’ Low Tak Fatt, Managing Director, KL Metro Group; YBhg Dato’ Yap Chuan Thai, Executive Director, KL Metro Group; Mr. Lyu En, Managing Director, CSCEC Malaysia; and Mr. Tiu Kwe Yee, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, Lexis Hotel Group.
Designed by renowned international architecture firm Veritas Design Group, the RM720 Million prestigious 53-storey mixed-use development project with a total gross floor area of 3,700 square meters and measuring at a height of 231 meters, will be the first hotel in Kuala Lumpur to feature a private pool in each of its 275 suites. Scheduled to open in March 2023, Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur and Grandview Residence will be managed by Lexis Hotel Group, a multiple award-winning well-established and experienced hotel management specialist with a portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts across Malaysia.
