Wipro and SIAM.AI, leveraging NVIDIA tech, collaborate to launch Sukjai, an AI-powered assistant, revolutionizing Thailand tourism with personalized services.

Wipro Limited, a global leader in technology services and consulting, has partnered with SIAM.AI, a member of the NVIDIA Cloud Partner program in Thailand, to advance AI solutions for the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The collaboration will harness NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and software to create an innovative AI-driven digital assistant. This initiative will utilize local infrastructure, data, and networks, supporting Thailand’s focus on developing sovereign AI capabilities.

The virtual assistant, named ‘Sukjai,’ is powered by the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software suite, SIAM.AI, and Wipro’s Enterprise Generative AI (WeGA) Studio. Designed to enhance travel experiences, ‘Sukjai’ will provide both domestic and international tourists with personalized, real-time information. Its goal is to create highly customized interactions while enabling the Tourism Authority to efficiently manage the increasing influx of visitors.

‘Sukjai’ will offer 24/7 assistance, covering a wide range of services, including transportation details, accommodation availability, destination recommendations, activity suggestions tailored to individual preferences, and real-time crowd flow updates at popular attractions. Additionally, it will provide essential safety information, emergency services details, and alerts.

Initially supporting both Thai and English, the assistant will evolve over time through continuous training using the NVIDIA NeMo platform. Feedback from users will be integrated to refine its capabilities, ensuring seamless and advanced interactions. Built on principles of responsible AI, such as transparency, privacy, and human oversight, ‘Sukjai’ will leverage Wipro’s Responsible AI framework to prioritize ethical and secure operations.
